Customs, Duties, Tarriffs
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, or delivery surcharges upon delivery of their order. These costs vary by country. If an order delivery is refused by the customer or undeliverable, the customer will be charged 100% of the order plus the cost of shipping and the shipment will be treated as abandoned by the customer.

Return Policy
All 5280 Shirts stores accept returns if they are recieved within 30 days from the purchase date with a Return Authorization number. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. We will gladly credit the original method of payment or issue a gift certificate for items returned in new, unused condition. To return an item please call us at (303)526-0133 or send an email to Service@5280Shirts.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Note: all sales are final on clearance items and shirts with custom printed text. These items are not returnable.

The Cart: 5280 Shirts websites use a shopping cart. When you have customized a shirt that you want, click the add to cart button. Next, you can checkout or continue shopping for additional items. The item will remain in your cart wherever you decide to go in the store, and you can always remove an item later if you change your mind.

Sales Tax
By law we must charge sales tax to all items shipped to Colorado. For those in and around the Denver area, sales tax will be 4.6%, everyone else in Colorado will be charged the flat 2.9% State sales tax.
